Terms of Service
Last updated
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Traction Pal, the website at tractionpal.dev and the Traction Pal app (“the service”). Please read them before you create an account.
1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms are an agreement between Sulfur Stack Sp. z o.o. (“Traction Pal”, “we”, “us”) and the person or organization that uses the service (“the customer”, “you”). Our company details:

The service is for businesses only. To use it you must be 18 or older and act on behalf of a business, or for your own business or professional activity. Consumers may not use the service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.
You accept these Terms by creating an account or by using the service.
2. The service
Traction Pal helps founders decide what go-to-market work to do next and keeps their go-to-market state structured: experiments, tasks, evidence, learnings and decisions, with AI actions and agent runs that propose changes for you to review.
We provide the service “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and improve it. Features may change, be added or be removed over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and do not offer a service level agreement (SLA).
3. Accounts
- The details you give when you register must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, and for everything done through your account.
- If you connect a Slack workspace, you confirm that you may do so and that you choose which channel receives notifications.
4. Trial, plans and payment
- Trial. A new account starts with a free trial of 14 days. It needs no payment card. The trial has its own usage limits.
- Subscriptions. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The plans, their prices and their limits are shown in the app on the Subscription page.
- Usage limits. Each plan has limits on AI messages, agent runs and projects. When you reach a limit, the AI features that count against it stop until you upgrade or the limit resets. Logging evidence, approving proposals and recording decisions by hand keep working.
- Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep full access until then. After that, your projects become read-only: you can still view them, but not change them. We keep your data, and you can resubscribe to regain write access.
- Changing plan. An upgrade applies at once and is charged pro rata. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period. If the lower plan allows fewer projects than you have, the projects over its limit become read-only until you upgrade.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Price changes. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance. They apply from your next billing period.
- Taxes and invoices. Prices do not include VAT, which is added where applicable. Invoices are issued electronically.
5. Your content
“Customer content” means everything you put into Traction Pal, and what Traction Pal generates from it: projects, experiments, tasks, evidence, customer and prospect feedback, learnings, decisions, prospects and companies, AI proposals and agent run results.
- You own your customer content, including the outputs generated from it.
- You give us a limited licence to host, process and display your customer content, only as needed to provide the service to you.
- You confirm that you have the right to use the content you enter, and a legal basis for any personal data it contains, for example about your customers and prospects.
- We do not use your customer content to train AI models.
6. AI output
Output is generated automatically by AI models and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. AI proposals take effect only after you approve them. Review output before you rely on it or pass it to anyone else. You are responsible for how you use it, including any message you send to a prospect or customer.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- break the law or help anyone else do so;
- send unlawful spam, or contact people in breach of the law;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service, or try to get around its security or usage limits;
- reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
- resell or sublicense access to the service without our written agreement;
- use outputs to build a competing product or train a competing AI model.
8. Data processing
This section is the data processing agreement required by Article 28 of the GDPR. It applies whenever customer content contains personal data. For that data, you are the controller and we are your processor. Accepting these Terms concludes this agreement, and no separate signature is needed.
- Subject matter and duration: providing the service, for as long as you use it plus the deletion period in point 10.
- Nature and purpose: hosting, storing, analysing and generating content through the service, including processing by AI models and sending notifications to a Slack channel you connect.
- Data and people: any personal data you put into customer content, typically names, contact details and feedback of your customers, prospects and team members.
- Instructions: we process personal data only on your documented instructions, which are these Terms and your use of the service, unless the law requires otherwise. We will tell you if we believe an instruction breaks data protection law.
- Confidentiality: everyone we authorize to process the data is bound by confidentiality.
- Security: we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures under Article 32 of the GDPR.
- Subprocessors:
- You give us general authorization to use the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy.
- We will tell you about planned changes in advance, and you may object on reasonable grounds.
- If we cannot address your objection, you may terminate the service.
- We impose the same data protection obligations on every subprocessor.
- Assistance: we help you, as far as reasonably possible, to answer data-subject requests and to meet your obligations under Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR.
- Breaches: we notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting customer content.
- End of processing: when you cancel your account, we delete customer content within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. Ask us at [email protected] for a copy of your data before you cancel.
- Information and audits: we make available the information needed to show compliance with this section, and allow reasonable audits with prior notice, at your cost.
9. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service and cancel your account at any time on the Profile page. Cancel any paid subscription on the Subscription page before you cancel your account, because cancelling the account does not by itself stop billing.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or do not pay, giving notice where practical.
- After an account is cancelled, its data is handled as described in the retention section of our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
- Each party’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- Neither party is liable for lost profits, or for indirect or consequential damage.
- These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of changes by email. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, you may cancel before then.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the common court with jurisdiction over the registered office of Sulfur Stack Sp. z o.o.
